This cookbook is the real deal! It's written from my heart! This cookbook will be personally autographed to whomever you would like. It's not just a book of great recipes, it gives you a feel of what it's like to be a NYC Firefighter, through our eyes. It is all about friends and family life (Firehouse and home) and how good food brings us all together. It's loaded with true stories, fun facts, pictures of many of my Brother's, although we now have 3 women Firefighters in our house now and they are great! I've tried to include as many of my friends from work as possible in the cookbook. It also gives you an insight to who I am and what I've become since starting my career as a NYC Firefighter in 1998. I am still an active NYC Firefighter. It's the Greatest J-O-B on Earth!!! I have helped raise nearly $3000.00 for the Thomas Elsasser Fund from the sale of this cookbook, speaking engagements and donations from friends. It would be my pleasure to raise more money for them in the future.

Recently I have donated cases of cookbooks to the FDNY Firehouse Museum, FDNY Friends of Firefighters and to The Terry Farrell Fund, all for fundraising purposes.
